Conference Dinner

The best purveyors of traditional curry in town – Salvador Thali – will serve a banquet of vegetarian curries in the centre of Falmouth town – right next to our stage and installations on The Moor and in surrounding buildings.  Included in Conference and Conference/Workshop registrations.  You will be able to eat in the hall or takeaway to watch acts on the Moor stage.

For an extra taste of Cornwall and its environs during the conference we offer an optional dinner on the Thursday evening. Venue for the dinner and the evening’s entertainment will be the beautiful and secluded Cornish valley of Trebah Gardens. The full extent of the gardens, sweeping down to a private beach on the Helford River, will be open exclusively for conference dinner guests. A three course seated dinner (vegetarian and other options available) will be served in the superb engineered-timber restaurant at the head of the valley.

The conference dinner can be booked at the time of registration for £30 which includes transport from Tremough and Falmouth to Trebah and return after dinner, pre-dinner drinks reception and entertainment.

Plum tomato and roasted red pepper soup with a bread roll
Greek style salad of Cornish Feta cheese, olives, plum tomato and beans

 Mains
Roast noisette of Cornish lamb loin set onto Dauphinoise potato, with mint sauce
Grilled cod fillet topped with tomato salsa, crème fraiche and a piquant herb dressing set on crushed new
potatoes
Red onion, chickpea and cherry tomato flan flavoured with cumin and salsa
Served with a selection of seasonal vegetables

Baked vanilla cheesecake with summer berries
