Early bird registration for Professional and Student tickets, along with bookings for accommodation, are available now from the FASCINATE 2014 store. (Please see notes at foot of this page re purchasing registration, and accommodation from the store).

Unless in receipt of a Fascinate bursary all participants in conference will need to register for Conference or Conference+Workshops and are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation costs.

CONFERENCE ONLY (29-31 August)

Early Bird (before 30th June): Standard: £135 Verified Student: £40

Late (from 1st July): Standard: £160 Verified Student: £50

CONFERENCE + WORKSHOPS (27-31 August)

Early Bird (before 30th June): Standard: £165 Verified Student: £55

Late (from 1st July): Standard: £195 Verified Student: £65

Conference Registration includes access to all presentation tracks and demonstrations; Friday evening Conference/Showcase Dinner and Private View; all Showcase venues and performances on the Saturday evening; any morning and afternoon drinks/snacks on the Saturday and Sunday of conference; lunch on Saturday and Sunday of conference; and online access to delegates-only content.

Conference + Workshops Registration includes Conference Registration + participation in the workshop of your choice (made during booking); Orientation Evening and light refreshments; lunch on both days of the workshop.

Accommodation: adjacent to the main conference/workshop venue will be available at the rate of £30 per night.

PURCHASING FROM THE FASCINATE 2014 ONLINE STORE at FALMOUTH UNIVERSITY

Conference or Conference+Workshops: If you wish to attend a workshop then please ensure you register using the Conference+Workshops items.
Workshops: If booking Conference+Workshops option then you will be asked to select your preferred workshop option when completing the registration process.
Multiple Registrants: If you wish to register multiple people for the conference then please complete one transaction for each, together with optional for accommodation for each registrant.
Dietary & Accessibility Requirements: When you add each item to your shopping basket you will be asked to complete relevant questionnaires for e.g. dietary or accessibility requirements.
Shopping Basket: To add more items from your Shopping Basket page please click “Continue Shopping” and then, from the left hand side “Navigation” menu, select “Conferences and Events” > “Fascinate 2014” to return to the list of items available for purchase for the conference.
Accommodation: Please book optional accommodation for one or more nights Sunday 24 August to Monday 1 September at time of purchasing registration. In the Accommodation process select the nights you wish to stay and then please ensure you increment the Quantity counter for Accommodation in the shopping basked checkout process to ensure you have actually booked and are paying for the number of nights you wish to stay.
Checkout & Email: if this is your first purchase from Falmouth University (hosts of FASCINATE 2014) then please register as a New Customer when requested. Please register with the email address that you wish all communication and registration details for the conference to be sent. If you are registering at the Verified Student rate then this email address must be that of your academic institution and indicate you are a studnet and not staff member.
